As the coronavirus pandemic stretches on and it's vast impacts have only begun to be realized, developers continue to place their bets on a return to a world where people will still want to live, work and play in mixed-used developments where the primary means of getting around is by foot and public transit.
Across Canada, transit-oriented development plans are still progressing. But, will the urban landscape persist after coronavirus?
